Waiting room?

Yes, we have a comfortable waiting room with couches, wifi, tv, water, coffee, and soda.


Payment methods?

-We offer a 4% cash or check discount on all repairs (all quotes at cash price)

-All major credit cards

-Tap to pay (Apple pay, Google pay etc)

-We DO NOT accept venmo, zelle, or any other peer to peer pay system.


Shuttle service?

No


Rental or loaner cars available?

No


Tow service?

No


Awesome people?

Yes


Night/ early bird drop box?

Yes, on the right side of the front door. Make sure you fill out all the info on the enveloper and slide it through the receiving slot.


After hours pick up?

Yes, We have two lock boxes outside that you may use to retrieve your key after business hours.


Warranty?

Yes, 12 month or 12,00 miles whichever comes first. Ask about our warranty extension that doubles the warranty and gives you nationwide coverage with tow assistance. Some exclusions may apply.


Can I bring my own parts?

We will allow customer supplied parts in some cases. No warranty will be provided on any job done with supplied parts. If parts supplied are found to be wrong, you must be prepared to buy the ones we can provide or pay us to put the vehicle back together to clear our bay.


Appointment or walk in?

Most of out work is done by appointment only. But if your flexible on time, than give us a call. More than likely you can drop it off and we will work it in sooner than our appointment schedule.
